The Christmas story bonus comes from ‘Sul’y the Stable Boy; his trip to Jerusalem’s temple and the brilliant meeting of two aged figures: Simeon & Anna. As we celebrate the advent reverberation in anticipation of Yeshua’s return, we consider Luke’s recounting (2:19ff) of this powerful echo.
