Happy Easter! This week we are looking at some of the facts and consequences of Jesus’ resurrection, the central event in all of history. The Resurrection was always part of God’s plan for creating free willed creatures who would live with him in love for eternity. Prophesied in the Old Testament, predicted by Jesus during his ministry, the Resurrection was when the power of the Spirit overcame death once and for all and points to our future too, for those of us who entrust ourselves to Jesus in faith.
